Julie Loughran, MPH, received
her Masters of Public Health from the University
of Washington, School of Public Health. With a background
in health education, Julie has worked with patients both individually
and in group settings on health decision-making skills and HIV/STD and
pregnancy prevention. She has worked with government departments and
non-profit organizations on best-practice studies, evaluation, and
assessment. Julie brings her experience in survey development and
qualitative data collection methodologies to the research team at HRA,
and is interested in using research as a tool to build capacity in
communities and organizations.
