Antonia Bennett, MA, is a
PhD student in Health Services Research at the University of
Washington. She is trained in outcomes assessment, statistical methods
for categorical and longitudinal data, item response theory, and
program evaluation. She has used data from LIDO (Longitudinal
Investigation study of Depression Outcomes) to investigate the role of
depressive symptoms in self-reported quality of life. Her previous
projects include analysis of the Medicare part D benefit for seniors
with chronic conditions, patterns of end-of-life decline in health
measures, and the role of migration and social change in the spread of
HIV/AIDS in China. She is a member of the International Society for
Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) and the Academy Health.
