Andrew Bryant, MSW, MPH has a background in health research design and public health practice. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and International Studies and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine in Seattle. Andrew’s experience in qualitative and quantitative research for PRO development includes a wide variety of therapeutic areas, including depression, Asthma/COPD, sleep apnea, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic heart failure, and Myelofibrosis. Before joining HRA in 2006, Andrew’s public health research focused on program monitoring and evaluation, as well as mental health epidemiology and the psychosocial determinants of health. Andrew has worked as a research consultant at the Columbia University Teacher’s College, where he helped design studies and conducted qualitative interviews and focus groups with children; and he holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College in New York City, where he received training in mental health research and psychiatric mental health practice at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.
